After you place an order with CVSPhoto, you will see a confirmation page with an order number. You can also confirm the order number in "Order History" page very easily (see how below). When you contact customer service for help with your order, please provide the order number. It will help us to assist with your inquiry quickly.
Order History Page
Click your profile icon in the top right corner of most pages, and choose ORDER HISTORY to see your current and past orders.
Order Confirmation Email
Soon after you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. In this email, you can see the order details including pickup time for store orders or shipping information and estimated delivery days.
Notification from CVS when your order is ready
You will receive an estimated pickup time in your Order Confirmation Email for pickup orders. You will also receive an email from the store when your order is ready. Many photo products are available for same day pickup, but some will be shipped to your CVS store in 7-11 business days.
For orders shipped to your address, you will receive an email when your order has shipped.
